Membership

Membership is open to all alumni and those directly affiliated with Stanford including students, faculty, staff, parents of alumni or students, and spouses of alumni or students.

Entrepreneurs will be welcome to attend investor educational events, but only accredited investors will be eligible to participate in solicitations or investments. Non-accredited investors also may participate in SA&E educational events and programs, but may not invest funds through SA&E. To learn more about accredited investor requirements, visit the SEC website's description of Rule D, Section 501 concerning standards for eligibility.

The annual membership fee is $100.
